Sleep Well, Travel Better, Feel Your Best!
March is National Sleep Awareness Month, and there’s no better time to talk about one of the most important, and often overlooked, pillars of health.
Sleep Is Foundational
Quality sleep influences nearly everything: mood, immune function, hormone balance, recovery, focus, and how your body responds to stress.
When sleep is disrupted, the nervous system remains in a heightened state. Over time, this makes it harder to heal, recharge, and feel steady throughout the day.
At Advanced Wellness, many of our services are designed to help your body shift into rest mode more naturally.
Here are our tips on supporting better sleep:
If you’ve been struggling with sleep, your body may not need more effort, it may need more support.
If you’re due for a visit, now is a great time to schedule your next appointment.

Spring Break Travel + Scheduling Reminder
Travel can be harder on your body than you realize.
Long car rides, flights, unfamiliar beds, lifting luggage, and full itineraries often leave patients feeling stiff, fatigued, or misaligned.
An adjustment before your trip helps your body adapt to extra sitting, routine changes and boosts your immune system. An adjustment after you return helps reset posture and relieve lingering tension.
Adding an infrared sauna session after travel can also support circulation and detoxification, helping your body clear inflammation, reduce stiffness, and feel refreshed after time on the road or in the air.
As a scheduling note, Dr. Heather and Dr. Troy will be out of the office March 16–21. If you’d like to see them before they leave, we encourage you to book next week.
Dr. Kayleigh and Dr. Meghan are available and happy to support your care while they’re away — we’d love to see you either way!
